Complete-Discovery provides a wide range of Corporate Information Management and E-Discovery consulting services including:
Electronic Discovery Readiness
We provide customized assessment, planning, and implementation services that help clients mitigate risks, improve efficiencies, and reduce e-discovery costs.
Discovery Response Planning
We utilize proven methods built on industry best practices to create defensible processes and procedures for the Legal, IT, and Records Management divisions of our clients which allow for compliance and efficient responses to discovery obligations. Our processes address all aspects of the EDRM from preservation, collection, processing, review and production of potentially relevant information.
Legal Hold Management
We help our clients assess current practices, identify any gaps in the preservation process, and implement effective legal hold solutions to ensure defensible preservation of information. While Complete-Discovery is not a vendor of any software solution, and does not partner with software vendors, we can perform an independent assessment of e-discovery tools and make recommendations to best fit the needs of our clients. We can also assist clients in developing in house solutions.
Records and Information Management Consulting
We will work with your records management team to develop response plans, perform document inventories, develop corporate retention schedules and corporate records and information management policies.
ESI Data Mapping
In compliance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, we assist our clients in developing an enterprise-wide inventory of data repositories that are repeatedly accessed by the company in responding to discovery. The ESI data mapping will not only facilitate compliance with discovery obligations, but also assist in early case assessment and lower the cost and risk of e-discovery.
Discovery Conference Preparation
We create formalized processes that provide a strong foundation for a successful discovery conference and provide our clients with the tools necessary to negotiate a favorable scope of discovery. Our clients are prepared for the Meet and Confer and are armed with a clear understanding of the company’s ESI policies and procedures.
