• Records and Information Management Consulting – We will work with your records management team to develop response plans, perform document inventories, develop corporate retention schedules and corporate records and information management policies surrounding e-discovery with a focus on compliance with litigation and tax holds.
• Records and Information Management related to acquisitions and divestitures – We will work with the legal department and necessary business units to manage corporate business records necessarily retained during corporate acquisitions and divestitures. We will work with offsite storage vendors to effectively manage paper documents directly reducing off site storage costs by inventorying, indexing, and labeling documents with disposition dates prior to storing them offsite.
• Records Management and Legal Hold Training and Compliance – Complete-Discovery will assist you in performing awareness training for legal holds and records management and will assist in the development of programs for compliance monitoring and audit.
