The Data Map will not only facilitate compliance with discovery obligations, but also assists in early case assessment and lowers the cost and risk of e-discovery.
• IT policies on e-discovery and email management – Compete-Discovery will provide a total integrated solution for electronic document and email management related to e-discovery. Following a customized needs assessment and gap analysis, Complete-Discovery will develop and implement IT policies on data preservation and e-discovery including information management following issuance of a litigation hold.
• Independent evaluation of e-discovery vendors - Complete-Discovery will assist the client in leveraging their existing software and infrastructure in the e-discovery process. While Complete-Discovery is not a vendor of any software solution, and does not partner with software vendors, we can perform an independent assessment of e-discovery tools based on our in depth knowledge of the current market solutions and make recommendations to best fit the needs of our clients. We can also assist clients in developing in house solutions.
• Discovery Conference Preparation – We create formalized processes that provide a strong foundation for a successful discovery conference and provide our clients with the tools necessary to negotiate a favorable scope of discovery. Our clients are prepared for the Meet and Confer and are armed with a clear understanding of the company’s ESI policies and procedures.
